Breathwork for Neurodivergent Minds
Breathwork is for everyone, but can have a powerful effect on people with sensitive nervous systems.
Breathwork sessions tailoured to neurodivergents can reduce
sensory overload, improve emotional control, slow rapid stress activation, increase interoceptive awareness, and open pathways for calm and creativity.
Breathwork has direct impact on the autonomic nervous system, shifting the focus from external noise to internal sensation. For individuals with autism, ADHD, dyslexia or other neurodivergent conditions, this can result in improved emotional resilience, lowered stress levels, ability to regulate after an overstimulating event, and decrease in repetitive thought patterns.
